DATALEASE SYSTEMS was founded in 1971. Our primary business is the sale, rental and leasing of new and used workstations, servers, storage systems and related hardware. Our specialty is products manufactured by and for SUN Microsystems and CISCO, although we will lease any manufacturer's workstations and servers. We offer our customers the opportunity to purchase current "state of the art" products at significant savings through our resale division. Our ability to purchase from the same manufacturers as SUN, such as Samsung, Toshiba, Seagate, Exabyte, Fujitsu and others, affords huge savings to our customers. We offer full support maintenance and warranty on all products we sell, lease or rent.
Leases and rentals are customized for each client to afford the most savings for the customer. DATALEASE emphasizes the concept of "buying the sweet spot" through the use of previously owned components, compatible peripherals, storage, memory and upgrade programs. In many cases we can save our customers 70% and more by using off lease products. DATALEASE or the manufacturer guarantees everything sold or leased. In the case of memory, a lifetime warranty is available on all SUN compatible SIMM's. We also warranty original SUN memory for two years or longer. Disk drives sold by DATALEASE carry a five-year warranty if new, and no less than a one-year warranty if used.
All workstations, servers and disk arrays sold by DATALEASE are guaranteed to be eligible for maintenance through either SUN or other qualified SUN maintenance providers such as Terex, Honeywell, Maintech, etc. Systems purchased through the manufacturer-authorized resellers or any other source and leased or rented by DATALEASE carry the seller's warranty as provided to the lessee.
Our qualified technical associates assemble workstations and servers sold, rented or leased from DATALEASE from original SUN and CISCO components to allow even greater savings, we will use components which are used, recertified or compatible to those of the manufacturer.
Spare parts and systems upgrades are also available through DATALEASE. For example, when adding additional memory, processors and CPU boards to servers DATALEASE can often save the customer 70% or more using identical products as the manufacturers.

Therefore, we provide our customers with the opportunity to use their capital in acquiring Information Technology, hardware and software in the most efficient way. We emphasize the use of leasing as a method of conserving capital, tax savings and an economical method of maintaining a competitive edge.
